منصة «قيم» (qiyamtv.com) منصة عربية للمحتوى الهادف. نحترم خصوصيتك، ونجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات اللازم لتشغيل حسابك.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• عند إنشاء حساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور محفوظة بصيغة مشفّرة لا يمكن قراءتها.
• عند الدخول بحساب جوجل: نستلم من جوجل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني فقط، ولا نصل إلى أي بيانات أخرى في حسابك.
• ملفات العائلة التي تضيفها (الاسم ونوع الملف: بالغ أو طفل)، وقائمتك المحفوظة وسجل مشاهدتك داخل المنصة.
• التعليقات والمشاركات التي تكتبها في المنصة وفي «ساحة قيم».
• عدادات مجمّعة للمشاهدات والإعجابات لا ترتبط بهويتك.
• عند التسجيل: الفئة العمرية والنوع إن اخترت ذكرهما (اختياري)، والدولة التي يُتصل منها.
• عند التقدّم لاختبار تحديد المستوى في الأكاديمية: البيانات التي تكتبها في النموذج (الاسم، والبريد، والهاتف، والدولة، والفئة العمرية، وإجاباتك، ونبذة عن مشروعك إن وُجد)، ليتواصل معك فريق الأكاديمية.
• إحصاءات زيارة مجهولة الهوية: الصفحات التي تُفتح، ونوع الجهاز ونظامه، والدولة، ولغة الموقع، وهل يُستخدم التطبيق المثبّت. نستخدم معرّفًا عشوائيًا محفوظًا في متصفحك لعدّ الزوار، ولا نحفظ عنوان IP.

كيف نستخدمها

• لتشغيل حسابك ومزامنة مكتبتك وسجلّك بين أجهزتك.
• لفهم استخدام المنصة إجمالًا وتحسين محتواها، دون تتبّع أي شخص بعينه.
• لعرض التعليقات بعد مراجعتها، ولحماية المنصة من الإساءة والرسائل المزعجة.
• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين أو أي طرف ثالث.

الأطفال

ملفات الأطفال تُنشأ داخل حساب وليّ الأمر وتحت إشرافه، ولا نجمع أي بيانات مباشرة من الأطفال.

المحتوى المضمَّن

بعض الحلقات معروضة عبر مشغّل يوتيوب، ويخضع ذلك لسياسة خصوصية جوجل.

حذف حسابك

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.

الحماية

الاتصال بالمنصة مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور محفوظة بتشفير أحادي الاتجاه.

Privacy Policy

Qiyam (qiyamtv.com) is an Arabic platform for meaningful content. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum data needed to run your account.

Data we collect

• When you create an account: your name and email. Your password is stored in an encrypted form that cannot be read.
• When you sign in with Google: we receive only your name and email from Google, and we do not access any other data in your account.
• The family profiles you add (name and type: adult or child), and your saved list and watch history on the platform.
• Comments and posts you write on the platform and in the Qiyam Forum.
• Aggregate view and like counts that are not linked to your identity.
• When you sign up: your age group and gender if you choose to give them (optional), and the country you connect from.
• When you take the Academy placement test: the details you enter in the form (name, email, phone, country, age group, your answers, and a short description of your project if you have one), so the Academy team can contact you.
• Anonymous visit statistics: the pages opened, device type and system, country, site language, and whether the installed app is used. We count visitors with a random ID stored in your browser, and we do not store IP addresses.

How we use it

• To run your account and sync your list and history across your devices.
• To understand overall use of the platform and improve its content, without tracking any individual.
• To show comments after review, and to protect the platform from abuse and spam.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or any third party.

Children

Kids’ profiles are created inside a parent’s account and under their supervision. We do not collect any data directly from children.

Embedded content

Some episodes play through the YouTube player, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will complete the request within 30 days.

Security

Connections to the platform are encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored with one-way encryption.
